I am excited, I am motivated, I am going to try something new and broaden my homemaking horizons! Just look at the possibilities in that wonderful box!
I am hot, I am tired. I have tomatoes covering every square inch of my kitchen. I have tomatoes in my fingernails. I am sick, sick, sick of the smell of tomatoes. Every bowl and pan that I own is now dirty. My feet are sticking to my kitchen floor. Whose great idea was this anyway??
Ahhhh...20 perfectly sealed jars of homemade salsa. Don't they look beautiful? I think I'll leave them out on the counter for a few days just so I can look at them. I am finished, I am successful, I am self-sufficient. Yeah for me!

Leave them out more than a couple of days!!! You need to look at them for awhile as that my friend is a great accomplishment!
Hooray for you! I missed out on canning this year, but it won't happen again. Great job. Enjoy those bottles as long as you want!

I stink....ha ha ha, no just kidding. That really is awesome and I really do enjoy seeing what is possible for some to achieve. I bet that feels good. It should. You're awesome.
