Tuesday's Terrific Tip

Here's one more reason to love your crock pot. Baked potatoes! I "baked" them in my crock pot last night and they tasted just like they came from the oven. No need to heat up the house.

Wash potatoes and prick with a fork. Wrap in foil. Put them in the crock pot and slow cook on high for 5-6 hours.

Or in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes if you don't plan dinners 5 to 6 hours in advance.
