Aubrey was bored on Saturday. No matter what I suggested that she do she just didn't "feel like" doing anything. As a result, she spent way too much time watching TV. I guess we all need a mental-down-day every once in awhile. This was definitely one for her. However, she came to chat with me in the evening and the conversation began like this:
"Mom, would you rather spend thousands of dollars on a beautiful garden of flowers or would you rather spend just $19.95 for that same beautiful garden?"
"Well, of course I would rather spend $19.95."
"Then we should call today and order Roll and Grow. If we call today we can get a bonus flower pot garden absolutely free."
Conversation later that evening while she was doing her hair:
"Mom, this used to take me hours to finish. But now I can do it in half the time. You know, if we ordered the Magic Bullet, we could make dinner in half the time, too."
Seriously, way too many commercials for that girl. Just turn the TV off!!

How cute!! All the stories about her are adorable. It's fun to have a girl:) She always makes me laugh at church because she loves playing mother hen to the Bond's baby.
Lisa that totally cracks me up...and even funnier is I can totally relate. My kids love to get up in the morning and turn on infomercials and just sit and stare. Brandon has basically picked out something for every task in the house that he is going to buy when he gets a house of his own. I think after me telling him enough times that I am not going to buy all those items myself he figures he will just have to wait. He has every sales pitch memorized...sounds like he and Aubrey should get together!
